It was another exciting week at Holy Names! On Tuesday, we hosted our Parent Social, bringing our Holy Names families together for an evening of connection, conversation, and community. A special shout-out to Frank Giambona from Marcesco Foods for the fabulous focaccia!
We've had 53 college and university representatives visit AHN over the last month and are looking forward to welcoming more. For a full list of upcoming visits, please visit your student's Naviance account.
We also celebrated Adam Sandler Day, with students embracing the actor’s signature comfy style for a fun day of school spirit.
| | Earlier this week, our seniors traveled to NYC for their class trip! After a guided tour of the Central Park Zoo, they explored the city in small groups. It was a great opportunity for our students to bond and enjoy some time off campus together. Thank you to the Parent Association and Hunter Motor Coach Co. (which is owned by the family of two alumnae, Shannon '15 and Bridget '14) for helping to make this trip possible. | | |
Today we celebrated our AHN school spirit at our Fall Pep Rally. The theme for this year's pep rally was "Generations." Each high school grade was assigned a generation to dress up as. The seniors were the elderly, the juniors were soccer moms & grill dads, the sophomores were college students, and the freshman were babies.
Additionally, the faculty planned a short relay for the grades to compete with the seniors coming out on top though the freshman won a special award for highest percentage of participation based on their class size. Go Panthers!
