Weekly Wisdom

Real conversations. For people who sell.

Before We Jump Into What’s Next, Let’s Talk About What’s Real

This week feels like a pause.

The kind of space where you finally take a breath and ask:

How did we get here? And what needs to shift moving forward?

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing.

Q2 brought me into deep conversations with sales leaders who were tired.

Not because they weren’t working hard, but because they were carrying too much.

Trying to lead, coach, and hit numbers with teams who were still unsure of themselves.

And I saw the same pattern again and again:

  • Reps who know the playbook but still hold back

  • Managers avoiding hard conversations because they don’t feel equipped

  • Teams with great tools but no belief they’ll actually work

Here’s what I believe:

You can’t fix performance by pushing harder.

You have to start with what your people believe is possible.

That belief is what fuels execution.

Without it, even the best training falls flat.

Last quarter, I helped a team uncover one mindset block in their sales process.

That one shift created momentum in places they thought were dead.

Here’s what I’m stepping into this quarter:

  • Helping sales managers lead with more empathy and structure

  • Coaching teams to stop surviving and start selling with confidence

  • Partnering with companies ready to dig deeper and lead differently

Want to talk through what that could look like for your team?
