Online registration is now open for FA's 2025 World Service Business Convention May 30 - June 1 2025.

Important Facts:



• For the first time ever, the FA World Service Business Convention will be accessible both online and in person.
• The in person convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Danvers MA. The virtual experience will take place through a secure videoconference platform.
• Registration will remain open through April 28, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT.
• WSC voting members must register by March 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT. Register as a WSC voting member through the same form used to purchase convention registration.
• More information about electing a World Service Conference (WSC) voting member can be found in this email and in the World Service Conference Member Manual.
• Applications are now being accepted for the following WSI Board positions: Secretary, Treasurer, Literature Chair, Public Information Chair, Service Group Support Chair, Twelfth-Step Chair. Before applying, please review the WSI Officer and Committee Chair Position Responsibilities. Those wishing to apply should submit an application here.
• Procedures for motion submission have been sent to the boards of intergroups and chapters, and can be found in the WSBC Motion Submission Procedure Document. You can submit a motion here if you are an Intergroup, Chapter, or WSI Committee Chair.
• The deadline for board applications and motion submissions is also March 1, 2025.

Meetings should not set aside money to send a WSC member to the Convention. Refer to Document 8: From A Traditions Perspective for more information. 

Your intergroup has money budgeted to support World Service Conference voting members (WSC) who require funds to assist with business convention expenses. Please visit the 2025 World Service Business Convention Page for more details and links to apply.

• When you register, you will also be selecting your food plan. Keep in mind you will not be able to make changes once you've submitted your payment. 
• When planning travel for the Convention, note that dinner on Friday will be served from 5:30-7:00PM. If you are going to arrive past 7:00PM, you will need to bring your own dinner. The Convention will end at lunchtime on Sunday.
• If you'd like to share a room or transportation with other fellows, add your information to the Ride and Lodging Sharing List.
