Respect the Game

Our league is built on respect and community. Please:

  • Treat referees with respect they’re doing their best and without them we do not have a game!

Appreciating Our Adult Liaison Committee (ALC)

Behind the scenes of every season, there is a dedicated group of volunteers working to make the FC Regina Adult League better, the Adult Liaison Committee (ALC).

We want to take a moment to recognize and thank the ALC for the time, effort, and care they put into supporting our league. Made up of current players, the committee works closely with FC Regina staff to provide player-driven insight and feedback that helps guide decisions across all divisions.

The ALC plays a key role in:

  • Reviewing and refining league policies
  • Providing input on division structure and alignment
  • Supporting league development
  • Bringing forward ideas to enhance the overall player experience

Meet the Chair – Farrah Ovans

Farrah has been an active member of the FC Regina adult community since 2011 and has served on the ALC since 2022. As Chair, she helps lead the committee and works closely with FC Regina to support ongoing improvements across the league.
