Central processing is coming soon to our newest location,

Goodwill Plaza on Deo Drive in Newark, Ohio.

What is central processing at Goodwill?

You can donate at any Licking/Knox Goodwill retail store. Our store employees will sort your items and categorize them by clothing or household goods. Then, your items will be taken to our new “backstage” area for donations. This is where the central processing magic happens.

A new team of highly trained donation attendants organizes and prices all our donations, then we ship the items needed back to one of our nine stores!
