Youth Ministry Break

Please note that the Youth Ministry will take a brief program break from October 4 through October 18. Youth group will resume October 20, and Sunday School will resume October 25. Have a safe, fun-filled fall break!

Adult Sunday School Update: 27 Words Returns

At 10:45 the adult Sunday School class on Sarah and Abraham will meet in the choir room. New place; new time! This week we will discuss the kidnapping and rescue of Lot and the arrival of the mysterious priest Melchizedak in Genesis 14.

Congregational Meeting

Join us on Sunday, October 18, at 10:00 am, immediately following the Contemporary Worship Service in the Sanctuary. Reports, officer elections, and congregational business will be discussed at this meeting. All members are encouraged to attend, but only those in person will be able to vote. We hope you can attend!

We’re excited to welcome our new Children’s Choir Director, Jane Grover!

Children’s Choir Is Back!

Children’s Choir is open to children ages 3–12 who would like to help lead our congregation in worship through music. Rehearsals will be Sunday mornings from 10:30–11:15 a.m. in Room F, beginning October 18.

Parents are encouraged to attend rehearsals with their children as we learn, sing, and worship together!

Come join the choir and make a joyful noise to the Lord!

Book Fair

Join us Monday–Wednesday, October 26-28, from 8:30am–2:45pm in Alpha (NE Campus) for the Preschool and Kindergarten Annual Book Fair! Shop for birthdays, Christmas, or your own reading list! Featuring a wide variety of titles, including faith-based books for kids and adults. You can also support our classrooms by purchasing books directly for teachers’ libraries, helping spark a lifelong love of reading in our students.

If you'd like to sign up to volunteer, you are invited to dress as your favorite storybook character to make the event even more fun.

Trunk-or-Treat: Candy Donations Needed

Join us for Trunk-or-Treat, a fun and safe Halloween celebration for kids! Volunteers decorate car trunks and hand out candy, making it a wonderful time to connect with our St. Andrew’s, Preschool/Kindergarten, and neighborhood families. Contact Heather Brannock at hbrannock@sapctucson.org with questions.

How to Help:

Host a Trunk: Decorate your trunk and pass out treats.
Donate Candy: Drop off candy in the church office or the Sunday School collection box.
Volunteer: Help with setup, games, bounce houses, or cleanup!

Into The Word: Genesis 2-3

Household Donation Drive

We are continuing to collect Household Donations through the month of October. Help us meet our goal of providing 60 Household Care Packs filled with essentials. Care packs will support our Adopt-A-Family program and the youth residents at I AM YOU 360. Drop off donations in the Gathering Place throughout October.
