All exhibitors now have access to the new Exhibitor Portal for the 2027 Toronto International Boat Show. If you do not please contact Niamh Conlan: niamh.conlan@informa.com

Please note: If you have not yet been assigned a booth number, you can still begin completing forms using your company name. Our team will coordinate the remaining details with suppliers.

Please ensure the following forms are submitted by November 6, links to document included:

· Health & Safety Procedures – Safety Acknowledgment ( completed online in your Exhibitor Profile)

· Crane Service & Boat Handling Order Form

· Exhibit Dimensions & Layout to Scale

· Working Dealer & Boat Brands Form

TIBS After Dark 5pm - 9pm Thursday

Join us for TIBS After Dark on Thursday, January 21, from 5:00–9:00 PM in the Main Hall an exciting new feature for TIBS 2027 designed to give attendees a fresh and unforgettable shopping experience.

With the lights dimmed, boats beautifully illuminated, music throughout the show, and mobile bars creating a vibrant atmosphere, TIBS After Dark will offer exhibitors a unique opportunity to showcase their products in a whole new way and inspire attendees to explore, compare, and buy.

Exhibitors reported receiving phishing emails using Toronto International Boat Show and our team member names.

Please stay alert and check the emails the messages are coming from - we do not use gmail accounts.

TIBS Invoices are coming from yourinvoice@informa.com - we never ask you to e-transfer to individual team members.

Exhibitor Newsletters Coming from New Email Address

2027 Show Newsletters

The Toronto Boat Show newsletters are the main source of communication and they come from this email address: Melissa.Arnott@informa.com Please add this email to your contacts and acceptable lists of emails.

Some exhibitors report that they don’t receive the newsletter, or it lands in their junk folder. We suggest to please check your junk or clutter folders periodically.

If you have not been receiving our Newsletters, please let us know to add your email address to the distribution list. If anyone else from your company should be receiving the newsletters, please send us their email.

All exhibitor newsletters are located on the show's website, so you can also keep up to date on communications if your email filters don't consistently display them in your in-box.
