Here are some recent updates from ICCIE, the official education program of the captive insurance industry.

ICCIE’s Captive Education Leader Award

ICCIE is pleased to announce a new special recognition for the captive industry: the Captive Education Leader Award. The award will be an annual recognition for an individual who has made outstanding contributions as a captive insurance educator. The individual must be actively working or recently retired. Nominations will be made on the ICCIE website on this page:

and will call for a written explanation (of up to 250 words) why the nominated individual should receive the award. Nominations can be made by anyone and will be accepted by ICCIE until October 31^st, 2025, and the awardee will be announced in 2026. We look forward to receiving your recommendations for the Captive Education Leader Award!
