RULES FOR STUDENTS SIGNING UP.
RULES FOR STUDENTS SIGNING UP.
1.) STUDENTS are allowed a total of 10 shifts. However for every shift your parent works, you may add that to your max. (ie. If your parents work 10 shifts, you can work 20 total).
2.) PARENTS- for every shift that you work, your student will receive 1 bonus hour.
3.) STUDENTS/PARENTS- if you must cancel your shift, please do it within 48 hours of your shift. If you need to cancel under 48 hour, it is your responsibility to find a replacement for that shift. The program allows you to swap with another person.
4.) PENALTY for NO SHOWS- 1st time a warning, 2nd time a forfeit for all remain shifts.
5.) STUDENTS can not sign up a friend for them. We need a name in every shift line for record keeping. However parents can sign up their students, please put their name in the comment section.
6.) STUDENTS can NOT sign up for Adult Cashier or Adult Helper shifts, even if they are over 18.
7.) STUDENTS who do not sign in and out in the Student Notebook on their day of work may not receive credit for their shifts. This electronic sign up is not used to confirm hours.
8.) STUDENTS are not welcomed to hang out at the patch while they are NOT working. It will penalize the working student 1 grade point.
9.) STUDENTS MUST submit their cell phones while at the patch to the adults. There will be no wearing Airpods/or headphones while working the patch.
