Off-campus Housing
Hello-

We hope you’re having a great start to your April! You’re receiving this email because our records indicate you will be an off-campus student for the coming (2022-23) academic year.

As an off-campus student, there are a few requirements you’ll need to pay close attention to in the coming months.
ADDRESS REGISTRATION AND
OFF-CAMPUS ROOMMATE GROUPS

Starting today, you can access address registration and off-campus roommate groups via the Housing Portal. You must register your address and form the appropriate roommate group for the coming year no later than July 1, 2022.

Students living in single-family homes must live at a registered property. Registered properties can be reviewed at offcampushousing.wfu.edu.
OFF-CAMPUS ORIENTATION

As the expectations and nature of living off-campus are vastly different than living with the University, each semester students living off-campus are required to complete an online orientation course in Canvas. You will receive a link over the summer for this orientation, which will open August 1.

Keep an eye out for more information over the summer, as all off-campus students must complete this orientation between August 1 and August 27, 2022.
We’re excited for the year ahead and to support you as you become a member of the greater Winston-Salem community as an off-campus student. If you ever have any off-campus related questions, please feel free to reach out to me at mutodw@wfu.edu.

Best,
Dana Muto
