Many of us recognize that “conscious aging” and “conscious living” are one and the same thing. This monthly series of webinars will be an in-depth exploration of the seven keys to spiritual awakening discussed in David Chernikoff’s recently released book, Life, Part Two: Seven Keys to Awakening with Purpose and Joy as you Age.
Author David Chernikoff has spent decades pursuing spiritual study and practice with remarkable teachers, including Reb Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, Sharon Salzberg, Ram Dass, Yvonne Rand, Jack Kornfield, and Father Thomas Keating. In Life, Part Two, David distills lessons from across contemplative traditions to invite readers to embrace seven essential elements of awakened living, embracing the mystery, choosing a vision, cultivating intuitive wisdom, committing to inner work, suffering effectively, serving from the heart, celebrating the journey.

These elements culminate in wise elderhood—a state celebrated by traditional and indigenous cultures around the world, yet sadly unacknowledged in contemporary Western society. For those of us who aspire to live fully and to love well as we age, this webinar series will offer experiential insights, time-tested tools, practical guidance, and a supportive community that empower us to live with gratitude, wisdom, courage, and compassion.
Each monthly webinar in this program will address one of the seven keys mentioned above. There are two ways to participate: You can sign up for the full series of webinars or you can choose the topics that you are most interested in. Each meeting will be designed to stand alone while at the same time, there will be a developmental sequence as there is in David’s book.
Closed captioning is available.
