Hello,

I love May and June. These are the best months for moving outdoors.

We have the novelty of brighter days. We can do weekend adventures on a school night. The days get longer and the moods get better. We are in our usual routines before summer sends us in different directions.

These months of May and June are when we can laze on the grass after a run and not think about the cold. These are the days when flowers are in bloom, everything is green and generally everything feels lighter – it will finally be t-shirt weather!

So how will you make the most of these next 2 months?

I wonder how your last 2 months have gone? Did March and April pass by in a blur of being busy? Or do you feel delighted with all that has happened recently.

We cannot change the past. But we can use it to inspire us to make new plans.

So what will your new plans be ?

If you are not sure, take yourself mentally to July 1st and imagine showing someone your photos from these spring into summer months. Are you proud of what you have achieved? Have you had fun? Have you given yourself some time for yourself?

So what are you waiting for.

Decide first where you want to be by the end of June and remember we are here to help you every step of the way if you need a helping hand.

Mary x
