John Ireland Catholic School Newsletter 4-26-2024

Congratulations to our 2nd graders who received their First Holy Communion last Sunday and to ALL of our 2nd graders for beautifully presenting their Last Supper Prayer Service on Wednesday...We are so proud of you! Next week will be a full week with two field trips, one to the Gustavus track and one to the Stages Theater in Hopkins. You will find permission forms in your child's Friday folder today. Please sign and return on Monday. We are looking for a few more chaperones for our field trip on Friday. Please contact your child's teacher if your'e interested/available!

May Crowning

We are looking forward to having our 7th graders lead us in our annual May Crowning Prayer Service next Wednesday. As is tradition, we ask families to bring in bouquets of fresh flowers to honor Mary and to help us celebrate. If you're able/willing please send flowers to school with your child on Wednesday morning.

Re-Enrollment 2024/2025

Thank you to those who have completed their re-enrollments. Please pass along enrollment information to anyone who might be interested in joining our JI family. YOU are our best marketing team! A reminder that we are offering a $250 referral incentive for families that refer a NEW student to our school. Field Day Volunteers Needed

Field Day is almost here! It’s time to start making your plans to join in and help with

the coolest event of the year at John Ireland. Wednesday, May 22nd is the date. A great

opportunity to spend a fun afternoon with your child(ren). Meet at 11:15 for volunteer

instructions, enjoy lunch with your children, and then have some fun!!
