Dear Scholars,

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments from both sides about DACA. The court will review whether the Trump Administration can end DACA for good. While there is no exact date for the Supreme Court decision, legal experts expect the decision to come in spring 2020 , and no later than the end of June.

Many of your fellow Scholars flew, bused, and marched to Washington, D.C. to participate in advocacy activities, and over 100 Scholars gathered with TheDream.US in front of the Supreme Court on November 12th to defend DACA and the immigrant community.
What You Can Do
If you have DACA and it expires within a year, RENEW NOW.
Find organizations that will help with the renewal fees here . Unfortunately, those who have never had DACA still cannot apply to the program.

Stay updated by following immigrants rights organizations like Immigrants Rising, The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC), National Immigration Law Center (NILC), and United We Dream (UWD).

Get an immigration screening.
