We are looking forward to having you on campus for the spring semester! Below you’ll find reminders for your return to campus this weekend.
Residence Halls will open at 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2022.
RETURNING TO YOUR ROOM:
Students returning to their fall assignment may return to campus anytime after 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 8.
Residents who returned their key(s) for Crowne Apartments or Deacon Station should see the instructions below.
FIRST TIME ON CAMPUS OR PICKING UP KEY:
(i.e. returning from abroad, new student, University-Sponsored Housing)
Check-in will take place in the Office of Residence Life and Housing, located on the ground floor of Angelou Hall from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5p.m. You’ll pick up your room key and check-in upon arrival to campus and can then proceed to your room. Please use the entrance off the parking lot at the back of Angelou Hall to access our office.
If you will be arriving after 5 p.m. regardless of date, you MUST fill out this LATE ARRIVAL FORM by 4 p.m. on your date of arrival.
Once you arrive on campus, you will need to call the duty number to reach your hall staff.
Staff will be available to check you in until 10 p.m. EST. There will be no check-in available after 10 p.m. EST and students will need to find alternative arrangements for the evening and then check-in the next day.
