Sea Pines CSA Class "A" Board of Director Ballot Information

Sea Pines CSA has selected Vote Now as our 3rd Party Independent Elections Administrator, and they offer the opportunity to cast your vote either online or by completing a mailed ballot. Only one form of voting will be counted. 

Sea Pines CSA Board of Director Election Ballots will be mailed to the notice of mailing address and emailed to the primary email address on file with Sea Pines CSA to Class "A" Members in good standing on November 1, 2022. All Ballots must be received by December 1, 2022, by 11:59 PM to be counted.

2022 Annual Critical Infrastructure Funding Assessment Billing Reminder

The 2022 Critical Infrastructure Assessments were sent on Friday, October 14, 2022, to the primary email address on record with Sea Pines CSA and mailed to those property owners who do not have an email address on file. The due date for payment of this assessment is December 12, 2022.

Sea Pines CSA Gate Pass Office Seasonal Hours Began Monday, October 24th

As ofMonday, October 24, 2022, through early Spring 2023, the Sea Pines CSA Gate Pass Office, located at 32 Greenwood Drive will implement the below seasonal hours:

• Sunday – Thursday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Greenwood Drive Roadway Resurfacing Project Update

Repaving operations on Greenwood Drive (from Sea Pines Circle to Club Course Drive) is anticipated to begin in early November. 

Project work will include milling followed by repaving and striping. The work will occur at night and is anticipated to be completed within a 3-4 day timeframe, weather permitting.

We will update the community as soon as the timeline for this project have been finalized. Questions about this project may be submitted online to the SPCSA Capital Improvements Department here.  

Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project Update

Phase 3 of the Sea Pines Drive infrastructure repair project is underway with a completion time of Spring 2023.

• Work will be performed Monday - Friday from 7 am - 6 pm. Traffic control will be present in the work zone, as needed.

• Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage, and devices.

Red Cardinal Road 

• Stormwater drain pipe excavation and replacements are in progress (pictured here) in this area.
• Milling followed by paving operations are scheduled for the week of November 7th, weather permitting. 

Snowy Egret Road

• Stormwater drain pipe excavation and replacements will begin the week of October 31st on Snowy Egret Road. Project work will take approximately 4-6 weeks to complete, weather permitting.

South Island Public Service District Potable Drinking Water Pipeline Upgrade Project

SIPSD, the utility company providing water and wastewater services in Sea Pines, has begun a major infrastructure upgrade and replacement project to the potable water drinking lines inside of Sea Pines. The area affected currently includes Plantation Drive from Greenwood Drive to Baynard Cove Road.

SIPSD has provided the following project schedule update:

• Roadway repair and asphalt patching will occur along selected areas of Plantation Drive from Baynard Park Road to Muirfield Road on Thursday, 10/27 and Friday, 10/28. Flagman will be present to assist with traffic management. A full repair of this section of Plantation Drive will occur upon completion of the project.

• Next week, SIPSDs contractor will begin removing select trees along Plantation Drive that are within the designated project zone in which the water line must be placed, from Plantation Drive from Spanish Moss Road to Calibogue Cay Road. 

Sea Pines CSA is working with South Island PSD to minimize and mitigate impacts within the project zone. South Island PSD will be replacing the trees removed from the work zone. Sea Pines CSA will determine the type and placement of the new trees.

The Artists of Sea Pines Reception

The Artists of Sea Pines will host a reception at the Sea Pines Community Center exhibiting their latest works. Come meet the artists at this free exhibit which is open to the public.

Tickets on Sale For the 11th Annual Sea Pines Forest Preserve Bonfire

When: Friday, November 11th from 4:30-7:30 pm

Where: Fish Island in the Sea Pines Forest Preserve 

Support the Sea Pines Forest Preserve by attending their fall fundraising Bonfire event! Enjoy an evening of live music, a silent auction & celebrating the outdoors paired with a delicious Lowcountry-inspired menu crafted by The Salty Dog Cafe.

Tickets are $75 per person or reserve a table for eight (8) for $750

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve Foundation is a 501-(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization and all proceeds from this event will benefit the Sea Pines Forest Preserve.
