Hello, Meagan,

Every now and then, you hear a story and it stays with you.

I first heard Delana Brooks's story after a colleague met her. As I understood it, she is an abortion survivor who now heads a pregnancy resource center in Fort Worth, Texas. Knowing there was so much more to the story, I set up a time to interview her...and I'm so glad I did, because Delana's story is a reminder of God's redemption and grace.

New Devotional Series

We've just launched a new plan for teams and individuals on mission trips! It's called Mission Trip Checkup: On Mission.

We're excited for this new plan because it completes our original Mission Trip Checkup series. If you were familiar with our original YouVersion devotional, you know it was for before and after a mission trip.

Now we've spliced our former plan and added On Mission in the middle so that we can offer three distinct devotions for before, during, and after mission trips.

We look forward to encouraging mission teams all around the world with this series.

An Unexpected Blessing

God showered us with an unexpected blessing recently! We received a $10,416 grant—all because of word of mouth.

A Robert Wood Johnson Foundation employees heard about Blessings International from a friend who had volunteered with our partner Timmy Global Health. Intrigued by how much Blessings has made an impact, she recommended us for the President Staff Award at her organization—and we won! Isn’t God amazing?
