Sustainable Highland Park is looking for skilled volunteers and food donations for its Repair Cafe on Saturday, November 7th!
Repair Cafes are community-organized events where volunteers come together to make small repairs to household items. Repair requests are usually for common household items, like bikes, coffee machines, torn shirts, and jewelry. Learn more about SHP's Repair Cafes here.
All repairs are offered free of charge, and repair volunteers from local businesses may have a small sign (8.5” x 11” maximum) at the Repair Cafe advertising their business. If you’d like to volunteer, you can sign up here. (Please include your business name after your name.)
In addition, SHP is looking for event sponsors to help provide light refreshments and drinks. If you’d like to support the Repair Cafe by donating food, or if you have any questions, please reach out to shp@hpboro.com.
This event is a great way to connect and give back to the local community and advertise your business!
