Now Accepting Nominations for 2022 Preservation Awards

Since 1982, The Preservation Trust has recognized outstanding contributions in the field of historic preservation. We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting nominations for the 2022 Preservation Awards.

Awards are presented to the individuals and organizations who have made special contributions in preserving Vermont’s historic architecture. Examples include the preservation or adaptive use of an historic property; educational and public information materials and programs; building trades and professional training; outstanding long-term stewardship of a historic property; programming at historic properties; financial support; and special encouragement and leadership in the preservation field. Individuals and groups are also encouraged to submit nominations highlighting community gathering places and the incredible work that happened in the spaces throughout the pandemic. See past Preservation Award Winners here!

The deadline for nominations submissions is Friday March 25, 2022. Winners will be notified in mid-April. All awards will be presented at our annual conference in June in St. Johnsbury, Vermont.
