ACE Looks Ahead: Strengthening Our Leadership for the Next 50 Years
As ACE celebrates its 50th anniversary, we’re proud to reflect on five decades of developing players and growing the game of tennis — while continuing to invest in the future of our clubs and Academies.
At the helm of ACE, Pierre Lamarche, CEO, and Doug Burke, President, continue to lead the organization as it enters its next chapter. As ACE has grown across multiple locations, we have strengthened our leadership structure to create greater alignment across our clubs, Academies, and programs.
Kalia Garcia-Rojas has taken on an expanded role as Executive Director of All-Canadian Enterprises, working alongside Pierre and Doug on the overall leadership and direction of ACE, while continuing as General Manager of ACE Toronto Tennis City. Anca Lamarche and Kyrylo Tabunshchyk continue as Co-Vice Presidents, with Anca leading Marketing & Communications across ACE and Kyrylo continuing as General Manager of the Southwest Region and Tournament Director.
Two new executive roles will provide additional leadership across our tennis programming. Ivan Lauzon has been appointed Executive Director of ACE Club Tennis, overseeing the continued development of our club tennis programming, while Mathieu Sarrazin takes on the role of Executive Director of ACE Academies, helping guide and align ACE’s player-development pathway across our Academy locations.
These updates are about building on the strong foundations already in place while creating greater consistency, collaboration, and support across ACE.
Since 1976, ACE has been committed to developing players at every stage of the game. As we celebrate 50 years of ACE, we’re excited to bring together the experience of our longtime leaders with new perspectives and an even stronger structure to guide our clubs and Academies into the future.
Here’s to the next 50 years.
