Chamber Chatter June 21, 2016                         Issue 078

STAFF SPEAKING

Here is a note from the Membership & Events Manager, Meghan Ginter:

"Summer is officially here! As we know this tends to be the time that vacationing begins, Chamber events will slow down over the next couple months.

One exception to this is a very special Speaker Series Luncheon occurring on Wednesday, July 6th. We invite you to join us as we hear from our two MLAs and Cabinet Ministers, Shirley Bond and Mike Morris on issues pertaining to each of their portfolios. Tickets are selling fast so buy yours today to ensure you get a seat at the last luncheon of the summer!

We look forward to seeing you there."

PULL UP A CHAIR: SUMMER UPDATE WITH LOCAL MLAS
SPEAKER SERIES LUNCHEON
JULY 6

Space is running out! Register today!!

One of our regional strengths is the valuable connection we share with our local MLAs, Mike Morris and Shirley Bond.  Not only are both of our MLAs local champions and important voices in government, but they work tirelessly to identify and overcome real barriers to business in BC.  Join us for lunch and a special presentation from Mike and Shirley as we move into the quieter summer months at the Chamber.

As a guest, you will receive:
  • an update on local issues pertaining to Mike and Shirley's portfolios
  • an opportunity to engage with the MLAs during our Q & A session
  • and the chance to casually connect with two Northern MLAs and Cabinet Ministers
Space is limited so RSVP today to save your spot for these often sold-out MLA luncheons.

Thanks to our event sponsor, Kopar Administration, for their generous support.
