Jill will provide a comprehensive review of operational ADA regulations that apply to the motor coach industry including a discussion on service standards, wheelchair securement problems and training areas for the workforce. The session will include legal updates and tips to stay out of trouble with ADA passengers.
Ms. Nagy is the President and Managing partner of Summers Nagy Law Offices in Reading, Pennsylvania. She represents multiple transportation clients including motor coach corporations, transit consortiums, municipal transit agencies as well as various general business and municipal clients. Her practice is concentrated in the area of transportation law, employment law, zoning/land use, municipal law and insurance defense. Ms. Nagy lectures frequently to various companies concerning ADA compliance, risk management protocol, harassment in the workplace, supervisor training techniques and provides legal updates for various private training organizations. Ms. Nagy received a B.S. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, M.A. degree from Kutztown University and graduated from Villanova Law School.
