Important - Restricted Resort Amenities
In September 2022, Hurricane Ian caused substantial damage to our conference venue, which is now mostly but not fully repaired. As you plan to visit, especially those members who may be bringing children, please know that there are closures to some swimming pools, the boat and resort beach access. The map of closures at the conference venue is below. AChemS members come for the colleagues and the science and have handled the many difficulties of the last few years with resilience. As tragedies go, this is small compared to the loss experienced by many of our members, but on the other hand, many of us eagerly pack our swimsuits! See the map below to learn what amenities are currently unavailable.

Barefoot Beach Shuttle
A complimentary shuttle van will be provided to/from Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs for AChemS attendees on Friday, April 21st, from 1:30 - 7:30 PM. Pick up will be in the front drive of the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. Seating will be first come, first serve. 

Hotel pick up:
1:45, 2:45, 3:45, 4:45, 5:45 PM

Beach pick up:
3:15, 4:15, 5:15, 6:15, 7:00 PM
DINING OPTIONS
The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point is a self-contained resort. In addition to onsite hotel dining options, pop-up lunch stands will be available in the Calusa Foyer on Thursday and Saturday. Salads, sandwiches, hamburgers and hot dogs will be available for purchase by CASH or hotel room charge.

COCONUT POINT MALL SHUTTLE
A complimentary roundtrip shuttle has been arranged for AChemS attendees from the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point to the Coconut Point Mall. The shuttle will pick up from the front drive of the hotel every 30 minutes during the following hours.

Wednesday: 12:00 - 2:30 PM and 5:15 - 9:00 PM
Thursday: 12:15 - 2:45 PM and 5:15 - 9:00 PM
Friday: 1:00 - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 12:15 - 2:45 PM and 5:15 - 9:00 PM
