Wonderful home located in a desirable area of Lee's Summit in the Lee's Summit West High School boundaries. This home has been very well maintained and new carpet was just installed!! The home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac right next to a horse pasture. No need to pack up the car to go to the neighborhood pool because it is walking distance right across the street. The basement is stubbed for a half bath and the walls are a antimicrobial and allergy free removable system.
