2020: The Year of Data Center Expansion
In a recent blog, we reflected on the robust growth within the Data Center sector and cited a Gartner report predicting a significant increase in IT spending, as well as Intel's Q4 earnings which were driven by Data Center demand. Much of the reporting validates what DSI has been saying for the last year. Specifically we have seen, and we believe will continue to see, an expansion of Edge and Modular Data Center deployments.

DSI's Electrical Assessment Service Featured in Facility Executive Magazine
Earlier this month, we formally announced our Power Checkup Service. This new service enables owners and operators to quickly see a full picture of their Data Center electrical systems, electric loads and backup power supplies.
Prompted by PG&E’s decision to selectively turn off power to help reduce the start and spread of wildfires from power lines, this new service produces a picture of your existing backup power system and identifies gaps. Facility Executive magazine recently wrote a piece about it.
In our most recent blog, we take a look at some interesting figures pointing to a robust year in the Data Center sector. From Gartner's IT spending predictions to Intel's Q4 earnings, 2020 should be a great year for the Data Center ecosystem.
