VACS Newsletter Templates

Now is the perfect time to help local farmers take advantage of cost-share funding for conservation practices. The Agricultural Cost-Share Marketing Toolkit includes ready-to-use VACS newsletter clips (Word Doc) that can be easily customized for your district’s:

  • E-Newsletters
  • Websites
  • Print brochures

These short, informative blurbs are designed to grab attention and encourage action. Simply:

  • Choose a template from the toolkit.
  • Add your district’s contact information.
  • Highlight BMPs (Best Management Practices) that are most relevant to your local producers.

RMP Newsletter Templates

Although the Virginia Resource Management Plan (RMP) Program just marked its 10-year anniversary, many farmers are still unaware of the long-term financial and environmental benefits of participating. To help spread the word, the Agricultural Cost-Share Marketing Toolkit offers ready-to-use RMP newsletter templates (Word Doc) that:

  • Highlight the financial incentives of RMPs
  • Emphasize the long-term conservation benefits
  • Can be easily added to your e-newsletter, website, or print materials

Just customize the clip with your district’s contact information and share it. It’s a simple way to help farmers make informed decisions that benefit their land and bottom line.
