What does it mean to care for the earth—and for one another? In the latest episode of Changing Course, host Emily Chou speaks with Eliza Cooper, a graduate of Wilmette Institute's Social Transformation Certificate Program, about our interconnectedness with the natural world and the choices we can make to protect it.

Drawing on insights from her studies, Eliza shares how she is putting her learning into action in Baltimore, where she is developing an initiative to help community members access healthier food and resources for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Their conversation offers a hopeful reminder that meaningful change begins with awareness, but grows through the steps we take to improve life in our communities.
