In the mood for tea? Our delicious Urth Iced Tea is half Urth hand-steeped iced tea, half lemonade, served over ice. Urth’s version of the classic Arnold Palmer. (We also offer an Iced Tea of the Day, with a choice of regular, herbal or green tea.)

Heirloom, Organic Coffee at Home

Only the crème of the crop is good enough for Urth — our coffees are grown at the highest altitudes and we employ only the best quality practices such as picking only red, ripe cherries and triple hand sorting to find the finest beans. 

Cold Brew Grinding Tip: Grinding for Cold Brew is similar to the grind for French Press (8 or 9) but could be slightly finer if desired. Depends on extraction time (12 to 24 hours) and method of filtration. Finer grinds require less extraction time.

Urth Caffé’s Greek Salad is a mound of vibrant tender live butter lettuce piled high with just picked farm-fresh greens, a generous amount of creamy feta, Kalamata olives (with pits), with sugar plum tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado mixed throughout, tossed with Urth's Oregano Vinaigrette, served with pita bread.

A taste of the Mediterranean mixed with a healthy dose of California sunshine. So good... 

Our Fresh Fruit Plates are created using an array of the freshest and finest seasonal fruits—fresh cut to order and served with cottage cheese or organic low-fat yogurt.
