What is Leadership Lakeville?

Leadership Lakeville is a nine-month program that connects you with local leaders, provides hands-on leadership development and community engagement, and deepens your understanding of the Lakeville community. This experience will help you:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Lakeville community
• Develop leadership skills and expand your influence
• Build connections with other professionals

Program Highlights!

• Nine engaging sessions led by community leaders
• Nine site visits to local businesses and government institutions
• Networking opportunities with peers and community leaders
• Six interactive leadership workshops with two seasoned coaches:
• Bill Goodwin, Priority Living
• Erik Therwanger, ThinkGREAT
• Four hours of volunteer service to show community support

Located on the east shore of Lake Marion, the beautiful Antlers Park has a large swimming beach, new event venue (John Hennen Pavilion), picnic areas and shelters, firepit and entertaining area, sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, accessible kids playground equipment, fishing pier, and nice indoor restrooms.
