Facility Update

We have contracted with First Security Service to install wireless smoke and heat detection throughout the building. Access control devices will also be installed on 3 doors: campus ministry center, fellowship hall, and the main level street door (on Green Street). A fob will be required to enter by these doors. If you currently use one of these doors and would like to be issued a fob, sign up here.

Voters packets are available on our website, or here and copies are in the narthex. Proxy voting must be submitted via special form to the Church Office 72 hours prior to the Voters' Assembly and cite extenuating circumstances. An electronic version of the proxy form is also available. Included on the Agenda:

  • Election of congregational officers:
  • Candidates: President, Bev Hudgins; Vice President, Barbara Silvernail; Congregational Representative, Judy Barnes (incumbent).
  • Biographical sketches for each candidate are part of the packet.
  • Voting members may also nominate candidates prior to the meeting by contacting Chris Wethman.
  • A recommendation by the Grace Advisory Board to issue a Call for a Director of Christian Outreach (DCO).
