Loudoun Reentry Job Fair

The Loudoun Reentry Job Fair, hosted by District #25 Adult Probation & Parole and the Virginia Career Works Loudoun Workforce Resource Center is designed to connect local employers with second-chance job seekers, justice-involved individuals, dislocated workers, and community members eager to re-enter or advance in the workforce. Employers with immediate full-time, part-time, and seasonal openings across all industries are encouraged to apply for a table and tap into a motivated, resilient talent pool while continuing to support a strong and inclusive local economy.



Registration & Selection Process:

Due to high demand and limited space, employers must first complete the Loudoun Job Fair Employer Interest Form 2026 to apply for a table. Selection will be based on current hiring needs, types of open positions, and ensuring equal opportunities for local businesses. Submitting the form shows interest and does not guarantee a table; all employers will be notified of their confirmed registration or waitlist status by September 14th.

Employers across Northern Virginia can post no‑cost job listings and promote their own hiring events directly on the Virginia Career Works Northern Region Job Board.
