2024 Charges and Credits

Hello, Stony Lakers!

As we work to close out the 2024 season, we have found a few transactions that were not fully processed in the Court Reserve system. These are items that were booked in the system but missed the final step of confirming the charge or credit. Over the coming weeks, some of you may see charges or refunds for activities that were not paid for through the summer or were not fully refunded during the summer. Court Reserve was new to us this summer and we are continuing to learn how to best use the system. For the 2025 season we will be putting checks and balances in place to ensure more timely changes and refunds.
