In The Know

Sandbox Border: The log and stone border has been installed! We hope you enjoy the new improvement to the playground.

Crews are still working on moving another butter block and replacing sod.

Summer Parking: Summer is upon us and we know recreation is a big deal. Please notify the office if you will have an recreation vehicle out. There are certain restrictions and recommendations regarding them due to our narrow streets. Without notifying the office, you could be sent a notice, which isn't something we like to do. Communication is key!

The Amenity Center parking lot is not a designated overflow parking. You must be utilizing the common areas while parked there. Towing is enforced at your expense.

Have a street light out? Please report directly to Oncor. The Association does not own any street lights within the community. The FAQs has detailed instructions on how to report. Please use Ctrl-F and search "street" to quickly find the information.

It is wasp season! If you see an active nest, please report it. Check under tables before you sit!

Pool season: Remember, fence jumping is not permitted, even if you are a resident. An active fob is required. Texas Penal Code Section 30.05 is enforced at Emory Crossing. Hutto PD will be called for Criminal Trespassing.

No alcohol, no smoking of any substances, no glass, no pets. Limit guests to 6 per household. It is ok to tell people they have to use their own fob. If your fob is not working, please contact the office. Do you have a current lease on file? Is your HOA account current? These are two common issues. The Past Due Report was reconciled yesterday and this may affect some tenants, even with a valid lease on file.

Don't have a fob? Be sure to fill out the amenity waiver. If the information is not complete, a fob cannot be issued.

Fobs are processed at least twice a week. The office is trying to process more often. Please check your Spam folder for an email from ProDataKey with the instructions on how to complete the process. The email is no-reply@accounts.pdk.io and will be named ProdataKey Cloud Systems. This link will expire in 72 hours, so it is important to check your email and Spam. You are welcome to email the office if you need access sooner. The office will process everything as quickly as possible.

Office hours next week: There are more than the normal amount of meetings scheduled which will cause the office to be closed at various times. Please schedule a visit by emailing or calling so we can assist you.

Sand continues to be placed in the water fountain. The Board has stated the fountain will be removed if this does not stop. The water fountain is for drinking only. Bring baby powder to remove sand from skin. Do not wash hands in the fountain or sinks. Do not allow children to play in the water fountain.

Help with Umbrellas Requested: When you are ready to leave the pool and others don't appear to be waiting for the umbrella you were using, please bring the umbrella down. This will prevent them from flying away during the strong winds we experience. Damaged umbrellas are not being replaced at this time. Let's make them last as long as possible!

Metal furniture in the pool damages the liner, as well as the furniture. Do not place any furniture in the pool.

We have noticed the wind will also blow the furniture in. If you are able, please remove it.

Please review the rules for the pool and the amenity center before you make plans. Also, check the weather! If there is lightning nearby, the pool will not be open until it is safe.

Please make sure weeds are treated with a post-emergent or pulled by hand. Read the instructions, as there are temperature guidelines for certain applications.

Trash cans must be stored out of view when it is not your trash day.

Please remember, if you are in the alley or fire land, you can be towed at your expense.

Please slow down. Our speed limit is 30 mph. Remember, there are a lot of children and pedestrians in the neighborhood.

Speeding is not saving you a significant amount of time. Seconds, at most.
