Highlights from May 18th Voters' Meeting |

• Election of Officers: Secretary: Dede Crosmer; Treasurer: Walt Crosmer
• Recommendation from Grace Advisory Board (GAB) to repave the lower and upper parking lots – Approved.
• Staffing Update: Kim Romigh’s hours have been increased since Emily's departure.
• Director of Christian Outreach Candidate: Pastor announced that the Call Committee has invited potential candidate to visit us starting May 29th. Anna Voelker and her husband, Noah, will be available to meet during the Fellowship Hour on June 1st.
• Pastor Brooks’ Sabbatical: During his absence (in June) Pastor Greg Williams and Pastor Joe Ostafinski will cover Sunday worship. Pastors Scott Lohman (Advent) and Pastor Mike Merker (Jordan) will handle deaths or other serious emergencies.
• Special Funds Trustees: It was announced that the president (Bev Hudgins) made the following appointments to serve as Special Fund Trustees: Dave Pittman, Walt Crosmer, Kent Silvernail, and Dede Crosmer

Meet our Director of Christian Outreach Candidate on June 1st |

You are invited to meet our Call Committee's primary candidate for our Director of Christian Outreach position on Sunday, June 1st. Anna Voelker is a recent graduate of the Deaconess Program at Concordia, Chicago, and has been serving immigrant and refugee communities in Montreal. She and her husband, Noah, will join us for conversation and Q&A during the Fellowship Hour. We hope you'll take this opportunity to meet and greet them both.

CREATE SPACE in your calendar to spend time with friends or colleagues who are disconnected from the church. Delay any impulse you might have to invite them to church. Instead, for now, work on being the church to them.
