Viva is a 2-year-old cuddlebug with a flair for drama and a heart full of love. She’s always ready for attention, whether she’s playfully flopping for a nap or giving you wide-eyed “pet me now” looks. Viva loves being the center of attention and will keep you smiling with her affectionate, expressive personality.

Volunteer Spotlight

Elizabeth Eddy

Elizabeth started volunteering as a dog walker a year ago and soon welcomed her first foster, Marmalade, who never left. Since adopting Marmalade, she’s continued fostering dogs needing extra TLC, from bottle babies to blind and senior pups. Every dog gets love, care, and a little help from Marmalade too. Elizabeth also supports APR with dog walking, marketing, events, and more.

“The most rewarding part of volunteering with APR is watching the animals heal–seeing them come in scared or injured, and then thrive as they’re adopted into the loving homes they’ve always deserved. Being a component of that process is magical!”
