The Plumbers and Pipefitters Picnic on October 4th was a beautiful day of sunshine, family, and community spirit. Plus Credit Union was proud to be part of the celebration. Members and their families stopped by to spin, chat, and learn more about what’s new at the credit union. One of the highlights of the day was meeting little Penelope, who captured everyone’s attention as she rolled by in her bright red wagon, smiling from ear to ear with her Plus goodies in hand.
Angelica and Kelly represented Plus Credit Union spending the day connecting with union members, answering questions, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. It was another great opportunity to show our appreciation for the hardworking men and women who help keep Las Vegas running strong. We’re grateful to the Plumbers and Pipefitters for welcoming us and can’t wait to see everyone next year.

Member Appreciation - December 1st!
Get ready to celebrate Member Appreciation Day with us all month long!
We’re collecting donations throughout November and during the event to support Hearts Alive Village and Foster Kinship. Every item you donate earns you a raffle entry for a special prize; so the more you give, the more chances you have to win! Drop off your donations at the credit union anytime in November or bring them with you to the event. We’ll be serving up hot dogs, refreshments, and plenty of good vibes; come hungry and bring your big heart!

Hearts Alive Village in the Lobby Monday, December 1 from 2–4 PM!
Plus Credit Union is excited to welcome Hearts Alive Village to our lobby. Stop by to meet the Hearts Alive team, learn about their incredible rescue work, and maybe even meet a new furry friend looking for a forever home.
Here are some of the most-needed items to help local animals in care:
- Laundry detergent
- Bleach and paper towels
- Non-clumping litter and medium/large litter pans
- Friskies wet food and peanut butter (no xylitol)
- Kong toys, Benebone sticks, and martingale collars
- Ziploc bags, trash bags, and stainless-steel bowls
Together, we can make tails wag and show our community’s heart for animals in need.

Plus Credit Union is proud to support Foster Kinship this holiday season.
Foster Kinship is a local nonprofit that helps grandparents, relatives, and family friends who are raising children unexpectedly. Together, we can make the season brighter for children and caregivers.
Here are some of the most-needed items to support local families:
- Children’s clothing (newborn through teen)
- Diapers, wipes, baby wash, and formula (unopened, not expired)
- New socks and underwear (all sizes)
- School supplies and backpacks
- Hygiene items (shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)
- New unwrapped toys for all ages
- Gift cards ($25+ preferred for Walmart, Target, grocery, or fast food)
