The following tips will help you successfully submit your application.

Tip #1

Use your Word Processor

The application will not save your place. Need to stop before submitting? Leave the browser tab open; closing it may cause you to lose your entries.

Create your program or presentation title, description, your and your Co-leader's bios in your word processor.

Copy and paste them into the appropriate spaces in the application.

Keep a copy for your records.

Track the Number of Characters

We request that you follow the character limitations to avoid you having to shorten your title, description, and Leader or Co-leader bio.

The counter on the bottom right below the relevant text box shows you how many characters you have used.

This illustration shows you where to look.
