We are endlessly grateful for you - our incredible volunteers, donors, and partners - who make it possible for the Giving Grocery to serve nutritious food to over 200 South students every week. Here’s a glimpse of some of the amazing ways you’ve helped us recently…

Silk Road event to benefit Giving Grocery this Saturday 12/7!

Our neighbors at Silk Road on South Gaylord invite you to enjoy some "Gluhwein" hot mulled wine while shopping for your friends and family. Each $20 donation to the Giving Grocery will be matched by Silk Road, each $50 donation enters you in a drawing to win one of four gift cards, and either donation gets you 20% off one item (some exclusions apply).

Thank you to Denver City Councilman Paul Kashmann and his staff! In addition to providing generous financial support, they have shown up for us by volunteering in the Giving Grocery, attending our fundraiser, and helping to spread the word about us in the community.

Thank you to the wonderful people at South High School Alumni and Friends, who do so much for South, including maintaining the clock tower clock and South Historical Museum. They have taken on the Giving Grocery as their special project this year, passing along generous contributions from alumni and even matching them!

Thank you to the Bonnie Brae Cory Merrill Garden Club for hosting both of their annual events, the pumpkin patch and glove drive, again this year and for helping us to distribute the gloves to students just in time for the cold!

The Giving Grocery participates in Colorado Gives Day through our fiscal sponsor, the Denver South PTSA. Just designate the Giving Grocery in the pull-down menu.
