Don't Forget About Lead Times
When designing a custom space, keep lead times in mind. Most items are not in stock and ready to be delivered. You are getting custom pieces that take time to make so there will be a little wait when it comes to receiving your items. This is especially true in the climate of the Covid-19 pandemic where we are experiencing longer lead times due to the high demand of freight companies. In addition, increased demand and major material (foam, wood) shortages are adding to delivery times.
