COVID-19 Update: New Hours of Operation
We Are In Unprecedented Times and Holiday Pet Care Continues to Care for Our Community

In our last newsletters we talked about keeping you updated on how Holiday Pet Care is approaching the concerns around the affects of COVID-19 on all of us right now.

If you missed those, click the buttons below to read more about what we’re doing to address concerns of maintaining a safe environment, and how we are continuing to operate as an Essential Service.

New Hours To Best Serve You

As we explained in last week's email, we want to be available for you when you need us, and also want to be able to offer you what you are looking for - a playful group of dogs on the days that your dog(s) attend.

We would hate for you to show up
and your dog be the only one.

Well, that hasn't happened yet, since we still had playful pups boarding with us. Even on the days when there was only one Daycare dog, there was still a group to play with.

Our final Boarding dog goes home on Wednesday (April 1/20) and no other Boarders are booked for the foreseeable future (at least until people are allowed to travel again). This means that we don't have an "automatic" Daycare group when you arrive.

Open 3 Days a Week for Daycare

After surveying our clients whose dogs have attended over the past month, the following schedule of days and hours seems to be the best fit:

Mondays - CLOSED
Tuesdays - 8am to 6pm
Wednesdays - CLOSED
Thursdays - 8am to 6pm
Fridays - 8am to 6pm
Saturdays - CLOSED
Sundays - CLOSED

Please PRE-BOOK whenever possible, or Call/Email/Text to BOOK before showing up . We don't want you to be disappointed.

Good News: You can now text us at 416.561.7387

To make it easier for you, we have now implemented texting as an option for booking, or checking in on how your dog is doing.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Regardless of the posted hours (see above), if there is no one booked, we likely will not open that day .

And as always, if you have a specific need for times/dates outside of these, simply ask, and we will do what we can to accommodate you.

Daycare, Overnight Boarding or Essential Grooming Appointments MUST be booked in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

And Remember...
