MTS Resource Center at NHAEOP
Earlier this month, Hannah and Kelsi from the NH Medicaid to Schools Resource Center had the opportunity to connect with MTS partners in person at the NHAEOP Annual Conference in North Conway, NH! Two of the conference sessions focused specifically on Medicaid to Schools, learning from our partners at NH DHHS and the UNH Institute for Health Policy and Practice.
June MTS Collaborative Meeting
The June 5th Collaborative meeting will focus on transition updates from the NH MTS Resource Center and action planning for schools to set everyone up for success this summer and beyond.
