Hi all,

Happy Healthy 2026! I hope you are off to a good start. A new year is a new beginning, and it gives us a sense of renewal and opportunity to set new goals. In terms of health, you might want to get your weight to a certain number, or perhaps take on an exercise challenge, or just stick to a certain schedule for an exercise routine. So, go for it! The key is to keep moving, and be consistent with whatever you choose. And there are good articles in this month's newsletter that might get you motivated. I am happy to help you in reaching your goals, and in making sure you stay healthy and pain-free as you do so.

All my best,

Dr Dave
