As you should know by now, we (Lyn & Beth) have decided to retire early next year. This is what you need to know!
We have begun the countdown....3 months and counting.... We have entered into an agreement to sell the property. Unfortunately, we have not sold the business. Therefore, we will continue to conduct business as usual, until our last day open to the public, February 15, 2021 so that we will have time to prepare the property for the new owners. Yes, this is the first time in 10 years we will be open on Valentines' Day!!!!
Effective December 1, 2020, the following changes will occur:
- No new members will be added to the B.R.A.N.C.H. program. We encourage you to spread the word, especially to those for whom you may have purchased gift certificates, to come in and redeem them as well as any outstanding credits or B.R.A.N.C.H. rewards before they expire.
- Current B.R.A.N.C.H. members may (a) continue to fill their current card to obtain the maximum reward (store credit equal to 10% of the total on the card) or (b) cash out at a rate of 1% per square filled.
- Once an active card is cashed out, no new credits will be earned.
- We will not be ordering or receiving new stock, with very few exceptions. We may continue to receive items from current local artists who consign their items to us.
After the holidays we will evaluate where we stand and what, if any, additional actions may be taken.
We will be selling a large number of our display items as well (many of which will only be released after we close to the public), so if you have any interest in those, let us know.
Those of you who have supported us over the years know that if you don't get what you want when you see it, it may not be there the next time you stop in, so, please, avoid disappointment by shopping early.
