POWER SHIRT ORDERS

For those of you who want to order a POWER shirt you can click on the link below...

They process orders every 2 weeks with delivery to the

United Way office.

POWER receives part of the proceeds from the sale of each shirt!

Shirt Samples are available in the UW office if you are not sure of sizing.

The polo shirt is a loose fit and the other 3 shirts are more fitted,

so size up on those 3.

You do not have to be a POWER member to join the kindergarten tutoring fun!

POWERful Coats Spreading the Warmth!

POWER continues to supply new coats through the Shelby County

schools for those children and youth in need in our community.

New coat donations are accepted throughout the year at the United

Way office to help “Spread the Warmth” to children in need.

We're thrilled that the Community Foundation of Shelby County Ohio is hosting another Match Day! This incredible opportunity will amplify the impact of the Shelby County United Way's POWER Grants, Student United Way Grants, and Special Project Grants.

Double your impact and MAKE A Tax-Deductible DONATION payable to the Community Foundation of Shelby County, note on your check’s memo line: MATCH/Shelby County United Way.

How to Give:

Checks must be made payable to the Community Foundation of Shelby County with “Shelby County United Way - MATCH” noted in the memo line or use the Match Day Form, which can be found at commfoun.com/match-day or download form below.

Accepted between Nov. 7–Dec. 2:

• Cash, check, stock, IRA gifts, and fund transfers

• Credit card gifts accepted only on Tuesday, December 2, 2025

• Visit commfoun.com/donate/ on December 2 to donate by credit card

Gifts must be received by Dec. 2 to qualify for the match.

United Way Update

• Campaign Finale was held Nov. 6th at the Sidney Historic Theatre. The community showed that "United is the Way" to raise over $1,306,988 with a projection of $1.4 million with Match Day upon us and company and individual donations still coming in
• 2nd session of Student United Way was held where students toured some of our partner agencies and saw first hand how our community responds to food insecurity and provides shelter for those in need.
• The Shelby County United Way Board of Trustees awarded a $2,000 special project grant to the Shelby County Special Olympics
