The East Bay Chapter invites CLCA Regular, Affiliate and Associate Members to become a Partner for Success in 2025. Being a Partner is an excellent opportunity for suppliers to gain access to potential buyers and educate licensed contractors about the latest technologies.

In 2024 the chapter offered our members opportunities to network and participate in educational trainings.

In January the chapter kicked off the year with a networking event sponsored by Golden Gate Truck Center at Calicraft Brewing Company in Walnut Creek. In April more mingling took place at Plank in Oakland with bocce ball.

Spring and fall included educational training luncheons. Trainings included Field Supervisor Leadership Training, Irrigation Best Practices in Design Build and Maintenance and Strategies for Battery Powered Landscape Equipment.

The chapter was excited to celebrate this year's Beautification Award Winners at Crow Canyon Country Club in June. Check out the winning projects and save the date June 6th for the 2025 dinner and presentation. 

In August, we feasted on delicious barbeque grub at the tailgate party hosted by Ewing Outdoor Supply at the final Battle of the Bay, Oakland A's vs. San Francisco Giants Baseball Game. It is an annual tradition that will be missed.

The holiday celebration was at the East Bay President, Loren McIrvin's home on December 6th. It was wonderful to share the spirit of the season with the CLCA Board of Directors and Chapter Members and their families with delicious food and the always fun white elephant gift exchange.
