Buzzing with Appreciation: Welcoming New Educators with a Sweet Community Tradition
Continuing Education is excited to once again partner with local Chambers of Commerce to welcome new teachers and staff to area school districts as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
This year's theme, "Have a Sweet School Year," celebrates the important role educators play in helping students learn, grow, and thrive. To add a little sweetness to the welcome, attendees will receive honey sticks from The Lazy Goat, a local honey producer.
Just as bees work together to strengthen their hive, educators, schools, businesses, and community partners all play a vital role in supporting student success. We are proud to join our chamber partners in welcoming these dedicated professionals and wishing them a sweet, successful, and rewarding school year ahead.
We look forward to celebrating our educators and showing them the strong community support that awaits them both inside and outside the classroom.
