Next Open Board Meeting

Wednesday, October 28 | 6 pm | Zoom

SunCrest's next Open Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, at 6 pm via Zoom.

Open Board Meetings are the perfect opportunity to get involved at SunCrest! You can present questions to the Board during our open forum at the beginning of each meeting.

Mow Before It Snows!

Prepare your Property for Winter

We ask all residents to please mow their lawns one final time before the first snowfall! A final mow keeps your yard looking neat and promotes a healthier lawn come spring. While you're at it, don't forget to winterize your sprinkler system!

Holiday Lights and Displays

Please Be Courteous to Neighbors!

As you decorate your home for Halloween or other holidays, please be courteous to your neighbors by unplugging inflatable displays and lights at night!

Additionally, please keep in mind SunCrest's holiday lighting restrictions. Temporary holiday lights may be installed no sooner than October 1 and may be illuminated between November 15 and January 15.
