That's right. This is our 5th year hosting SD Sake Day at the Japanese Friendship Garden. This year we're celebrating sake for an entire week!

Saturday 10/1 - Grand Opening Day will be hosting by us, SSS, at JFG. To remain hosting at JFG, we've decided to celebrate local craft, community, & Japanese culture in a more intimate setting. Think of this as a VIP event for SD SAKE WEEK!

Weekly Sake Events 10/3-10/7 -participating local restaurants will be offering specials or pairing dinners featuring sakes from all over the globe, possibly even our sake! Check out www.sandiegosakeweek.com

Tuesday 10/4 - SSS will be hosting a Small Bites & Sake Omakase with Chef Spencer of Lia's Lumpia. (Tickets available soon, very limited seating).

Thursday 10/8 - SSS & Smallgoods Cheese Shop Cheese & Sake Cocktail pairing. This will be a self-guided tasting from 4-8pm in our Tasting Room. Cheese-monger Jenny may hang around to talk curds! (pre-ordering will be available soon, limited also)!

Saturday 10/8 - Grand Finale Day will be hosted by Ayaka of Beshock Ramen. This will be one of the largest sake festivals on the West Coast with hundreds of sakes to try while enjoying the sunshine of SD at Ruocco Park.
Ronin Club Members: You should have received an email with your Ronin discount to apply for Sake Day tickets. Ronin Coin cannot be used for any offsite SD Sake Week events. Ronin Coin can only be used during Tasting Room hours and for inhouse/onsite Tasting Room events at this time.
FYI - There are DUAL tickets available for BOTH Saturday events available too on the SAKE WEEK webpage!
