Waiting on contractors

In case you're wondering when construction will continue on the narthex addition, you're not alone!

Actually, we are simply waiting our turn to have the back roof replaced. We are also waiting for the large windows in the addition to be manufactured and installed. Both are likely to be completed in the next couple of weeks. After that, the new flooring will be installed and then the handicap lift. Finally, we will install a new communication center in the narthex along with new furnishings.

Following all of this, we will deal with the east entrance and likely reconstruct the ramp and entry to prevent future water problems.

Join Fr. Jonathan on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm for class on spirituality and secular music.

The Christian perspective is that at the bottom of all longing and spirituality is God, even if the person expressing it is not aware or rejects the idea. There are spiritual insights - even in totally secular music.

Participants will hear a wide-ranging selection of secular music and interpret the lyrics through the lens of Christian faith. People are encouraged to bring their own songs and lyrics they wish to discuss.
