Hello, and thank you for continuing to receive HeartFull Moments.

We are tested every day. We develop confidence over time that we can handle challenges, and we grow whenever we overcome the next one. Yet, sometimes, our confidence wavers and fear takes hold. At times like this, a friend can remind us of our accomplishments and our victories. And so we regain our footing, brimming with the courage we need to move past our fears and rediscover our strength.

Today and always, I hope to be that friend, to pay forward the encouragement and renewed strength I am so blessed to receive from friends and others with whom I share my path.

It has been a while since I have given you a spectacular sunset, so here's one from Central Arizona, amid the Tonto National Forest, looking west across the Mazatzal Wilderness.
